The use of an account and of the paid or free Quotioo application is governed by the separate General Terms and Conditions of the Quotioo Service, which are made available to the user before the contract is concluded. These website terms do not change the rights and obligations arising from the contract for the use of the application or from the law.
Content and its use
The texts, graphics, photographs, marks and other content of the website may be protected by copyright, trade mark rights or other rights. The rights to the individual elements belong to the Operator or to the relevant third parties. Publishing content on the website does not in itself grant a licence to copy it for commercial purposes or to distribute it further.
You may browse the website in the usual way and link to its publicly accessible pages. You may also use the content to the extent permitted by law, for example in a quotation permitted by law. For any other copying or use of protected content that goes beyond what the law permits, you need the consent of the relevant rights holder.
You must not circumvent the website’s technical restrictions, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its security or availability, distribute malicious code or use the website for unlawful activity.
Information on the website
Information about the features and prices of the service may change over time. When ordering, the decisive information is the description of the Package and the price shown to the user before the order is submitted and subsequently confirmed in the order. General information and marketing texts on the public website are no substitute for a professional assessment of a specific construction budget, project or pricing decision.
The Operator may update the public website or temporarily restrict its availability for maintenance, security reasons or a technical fault. This does not affect commitments concerning the availability of the Quotioo application under the contract and the law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Their content and terms of use are determined by their respective operators. The operator of Quotioo is not responsible for the content of those websites, unless the law provides otherwise. A link alone does not mean that the Operator endorses all the content of the linked website.

Information about the processing of personal data when using the website is set out in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is governed by the information and choices provided to visitors on the website.
Changes to these terms
The current version of these terms is available on the website. Updating it does not in itself change contracts already concluded for the use of the Quotioo application; changes to those contracts are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the Quotioo Service and the applicable legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect the rights of a consumer arising from the mandatory provisions of the law that applies to them.
