We release Quotioo continuously. On this page you will find an overview of releases and the main things each of them brought to working with your budget.
Small fixes and speed improvements go out all the time and are not listed here.
Releases
An overview of what has changed in the app
Newest first. For each release we list only the changes you can actually see in the app.

Record costs from the build faster, from a receipt and from your phone.

Costs from a receipt New
Take a photo of a receipt and Quotioo reads the supplier, the amount and the individual lines from it and prepares a draft entry. You confirm it, nothing is written into the budget on its own.

Budget templates New
Set up recurring types of job from a ready-made structure and add your own quantities and prices. You can fine-tune a template over time and reuse it.

Budget on your phone New
Project overview and cost entry straight from the site, without waiting until you are back at your computer.

The budget is no longer a document from the first week: it keeps its price list, changes and supplier quotes.

Price list editions New
A budget keeps the price list as it was when the budget was created. A new edition of the price list does not recalculate your old budgets behind your back.

Requests for quote to suppliers New
Send a supplier items and quantities without your prices and they price them in a web form. You check the quote and decide whether to accept it. Its prices go into the budget in a separate step.

Changes during construction New
Record extra work as a separate change order. Once approved, a new version of the budget is created and the original brief stays visible.

Budget tracking export to Excel New
Download an overview of costs against the approved budget as an Excel spreadsheet, for your accountant for example.

The first public version of Quotioo: an itemised budget, actual costs alongside it and sharing with others.

Budget with a price list
An itemised budget built on the price list of work and materials, with sections, your own items and instant recalculation of the total price.

Plan vs actual
Record actual costs directly against budget items, so you see the difference from the plan during the build, not after it.

Share a project with colleagues and see the changes they make live.

Sharing by link
Send a budget to a client or supplier as a link. They do not need to create an account.

Import a budget you already have in a spreadsheet, with items matched to the price list, and carry on working with it.

Quotioo is a web app. You get each new version automatically and there is nothing to install. Create an account and see what you can already use in the current version.
