Publish your materials catalogue on Quotioo

Send us your price list in the CENEKON template you already use. We review it and publish your manufacturer profile together with your materials catalogue. Both the profile and the catalogue will be publicly available on quotioo.com.

Quotioo does not sell materials. Prices in the catalogue are indicative list prices excluding VAT, always with a link to the manufacturer.

How it works

Three steps, no new format

If you already send your price list to the CENEKON database, send us the same file. There is nothing to retype.

  1. Upload your price list

    Use the same XLSX file you send to the CENEKON database, the Slovak construction price database. No new format and no retyping of your catalogue.

  2. We review it

    We check the file, match the item codes and fill in missing data. We review every file by hand, so we get back to you within five working days.

  3. We publish your profile and catalogue

    You get a public manufacturer page with your catalogue and indicative prices. Send newer price lists the same way.

What you get

A public profile and materials catalogue

  • Manufacturer profile

    Your own public page with a description, categories and the date the catalogue was last updated. Indexable by search engines, with a link to your website.

  • A catalogue with list prices

    Items with code, unit of measure and recommended price excluding VAT. Visitors can see it is the manufacturer's indicative price, not an offer to sell.

  • Next step: a budgeting pilot

    Once your catalogue is published, we can agree on a pilot: your materials are offered as a labelled second option for selected budget items. The Quotioo catalogue suggestion always stays first. This is a separate agreement, not part of publication.

    How brand recommendations work

Upload your price list for review

All we need is a contact, the manufacturer's name and an XLSX file. Once you send it, we will get back to you by e-mail.

Up to 10 MB. A “Cenník” sheet with the columns Úroveň (level), Kód položky (item code), Popis produktu (product description), Merná jednotka (unit of measure), Jednotková cena bez DPH (unit price excluding VAT) and Sadzba DPH (VAT rate). Other columns are optional.

We store the file and review it by hand. Nothing is published without approval.

The file we need

CENEKON is the Slovak database of construction work and material prices. You will find the current version of its price list template on cenekon.sk (in Slovak). If you already use it, send the same file.

  • Level 1 to 5 for headings, P for an item
  • Item code up to 20 characters, unique within the price list
  • Description, unit of measure, price excluding VAT
  • Optional: VAT, weight, links, note

What happens after you send it

We check the file and match the items with the existing catalogue. If anything is missing, we will be in touch. Once approved, you get a link to your public profile.

Updates

Send a new price list the same way. Changed prices are recorded with their effective date and old prices stay in the history. Items missing from the price list are not deleted, only flagged.
